Installation:

City Art specialises in the installation of whole collections or single works of art into galleries, museums, private institutions, churches, schools and domestic situations. We can install gallery track systems to avoid damaging walls and to allow for the easy relocation of art works, or we can hang collections or single works individually, taking into consideration the room in which it is to be hung, available lighting and optimal viewing requirements. We are happy to advise you on appropriate installation techniques suitable for the lighting, wall construction and the space available.

City Art has been responsible for the installation of a number of large works placed for public viewing in a range of situations. Some require the extensive use of mounting equipment and scaffolding, others the more simple skills of measurement and aesthetic judgement. All require a professional eye for balance, proportion and, of course, long term safety.
