Tahlia King (Kai Tahu and Ngāti Maniapoto) is an Ōtautahi Christchurch artist and sculptor. In her work she applies traditional techniques of stitching and weaving to contemporary art practice and concepts pertaining to geometrical forms and balance, drawing together elements of indigenous art forms and cultural practice and contemporary modes of construction.
